I started baby at the gym today, actually getting myself up at 9 am. I will do the same thing tomorrow, only trying to get to the gym earlier, so I can organize my time on the computer to do things like making the photo essays I've been wanting to do and that I took pictures for the other day. I am not the soul of organization, so in my changes, this is one thing I must work on.
Today at the gym I wrote up a workout to follow, so that when I go there, I will know what to do. Hopefully, my workout will be more organized. Maybe then I can spend some time relaxing in the pool, whirlpool, and the wet sauna.
Before I go to bed, I still want to look up a couple of other things online, like OA meetings. Ok, I'm not crazy about OA, but I need to be willing to make this change and go to the meetings. As Tennie, on Addicted to Food, always says, this is the hardest thing I will ever do in my life - regarding breaking my addiction to eating the wrong kinds of food. I know what she means, since some of the changes I'm so willing to do and others I just resist like crazy.
