Ok, I didn't go to the gym today, but I worked out here at home and went to an OA meeting. Felt good, yes it did. Saw my old sponsor. Feels strange being a newcomer again. But that's how long I've been battling this disease. It's about time I do something to change it before it kills me one way or the other.
I'm tired tonight, so this will be all for now. Going to bed early tonight; up early tomorrow, and then going to Catalina - not staying for dinner with the gang - just don't have the money.
